To Kill A Man You Do Not Know
Amidst the stillness of a summer’s day
Harry Patch (1898–2009) did give way
To kill that man in the light of day
Over 15 million lost to thought today

.................................................................................................................................................................................................................... Elizabeth Ayanna Agard (September 21th 2009): GREAT Cassandra Mitchel (September 12th 2009): This is very profound Dantes. Jason Francis (21st August 2009): I like that poem bcus it makes me think and for the occassional tactile and visual imagery that colors it. The sense of a somber mood is apparent as well. At times it's hard to follow from line to line but I suspect it's the style u decided to write in, plus the requirement of the rhyme. Good job. Keep working hard. Peace.
